Chatio Observatory™ is an experimental AI-powered analytical platform that detects and analyses global signals including narratives, trends, societal dynamics and innovation clusters. The platform is in active development and features may change.
You may use the platform for lawful analytical, research, journalistic, strategic and educational purposes. You must not: • Use outputs for defamatory, discriminatory or harmful purposes • Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent platform security • Use the platform to profile, score or harm private individuals • Redistribute outputs commercially without written permission • Use the platform for automated scraping or bulk data extraction
All outputs from Chatio Observatory™ are analytical interpretations based on publicly available information. They are provided for informational purposes only and must not be considered as: • Financial or investment advice • Legal advice • Political recommendations • Medical or scientific conclusions Outputs may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. The Chatio Observatory™ platform, its design, software and branding are the intellectual property of Chatio. The four agent names (Narrative Radar™, Trend Singularity™, Tipping Point Engine™, Singularity Scout™) are trademarks of Chatio.
The platform is currently in beta. Features may be modified, suspended or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Beta users accept that the platform may contain errors or incomplete functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chatio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its outputs.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
